主讲人简介:

洪维强，博士，副教授，现为台湾亚东技术学院信息管理学系系主任。目前主要从事人工智能、数据探勘、演化计算等领域的研究工作。曾主持多项科研课题的研究工作，在国际学术刊物和学术会议发表论文80余篇，其中多篇在JCR一区、二区学术期刊上发表，h index=18。担任 International Journal of Applied Evolutionary Computation (IGI) 主编，并任Energies (MDPI) 客座编辑、Neurocomputing(Elsevier)、Mathematical Problems in Engineering 副主编、Applied Soft Computing (Elsevier)、The Scientific World Journal (Hindawi)、Energy Sources, Part B: Economics, Planning, and Policy (Taylor & Francis)等多种国际学术期刊编委。任多次国际学术会议特别议程委员会主席、程序委员会共同主席、咨询委员会委员、程序委员会委员，包括Technological and Economic Development of Economy、IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation、Applied Energy、IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks、IEEE Transactions on Power Systems、IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery、International Journal of Forecasting、Water Resources Research、International Journal of Neural Systems、Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies、Decision Support Systems、Applied Soft Computing、IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics--Part C: Applications and Reviews等在内的 30 余本国际学术期刊审查委员。现为美国工业工程师学会(IIE)高级会员、美国电气与电子工程师学会(IEEE)高级会员。 曾获ISI 基本科学指标(Essential Science Indicator; ESI)评为工程类高被引文献(2012)、Elsevier出版社评为2007-2011年高他引论文奖(2012)、台湾中华道路协会最佳论文奖(1997)、日本国庆应义塾大学 SCIS & ISIS 年度会议最佳论文宣读奖(2004)、台湾彰化师范大学全球管理新环境国际学术研讨会最佳论文奖(2006)、亚东技术学院学术研究优等奖(2007)、特优奖(2008, 2010, 2011, 2012)等。
